Hacks
A hack which simplifies setting small details like the currency symbol, without the complications of adding a language.
/share/locale/eng-GB.ini or whichever is the chosen default language
Edit that file to retain a single site language while using USD and $ symbol for product pricing.
The changed file will likely be overwritten on the next upgrade cycle.

To me, setup means installation and setup. I keep getting lost when I go looking for details of working with eZ Flow blocks and layouts. Make note here, that within this setup document is the information and explanation necessary to begin working with and customizing eZ Flow elements.
